My fee is for the single usage of one of my digital image files. I am not involved in the creation of the artwork (printing, framing, courier). Once paid for, I will submit (by WeTransfer) a high resolution 300 dpi Tiff file to a designated printer (of my choice) in the country/continent you reside for the printing and framing (if required). The printer and the client will liaise regarding print medium (fine art paper, canvas, etc) and costs (client pays directly to printer for services rendered).

To keep it simple, only 4 price-levels (small, medium, large and xlarge) are used (for conventional prints and small wallpapers), based on the length of the long side of the print required.
Exchange rates for Namibian Dollar (N$) fluctuate sometimes aggressively but as a rough guide you can work on the following rate for Euro and US$: 19-21 N$ to 1 Euro, 17-19 N$ to 1 US$ and 1 N$ equals one South African Rand.

Fine art prints:
Image fee is for single usage (fine art print) and includes VAT.
Please contact me should you consider multiple prints from one image file.

Commercial projects:
Please note that my images are intended for fine art prints and are not available for small commercial projects eg. brochures, advertising inserts or websites. Images are however available for calendars, book covers and large display banners. You are welcome to contact me if you consider obtaining a licence for some of my images for a large commercial project.

Payment needs to be done by means of an EFT.
For Namibian, South African and European clients: I will provide my banking details for an EFT.

PayPal is currently not an option for an account in Namibia. PayPal applied for a banking licence in Namibia, but it is still pending.
SWIFT transfers are possible if you are willing to cover the bank charges.

• 1. Browse images using the two filters options (subject and format) and click potential images to create an Album. Other interested parties can visit/revisit this Album to help with the final selection of images. The Album will stay active on the website for 45 days. Once a final selection is made, a Final Album is created that will showcase the images. You are welcome to contact me directly by email or Whatsapp should you want to discuss some other issues.
• 2. I will confirm by email the following:
  • that the image is suitable for the intended size
  • reconfirm the price (and round the amount off in Euro or US$ if you are based outside Namibia or South Africa)
  • confirm name and address of designated printer
  • provide payment instructions
• 3. Once payment has been received in my account I will do the necessary resizing and sharpening of the image and transfer the file to the designated printer (with WeTransfer) with your contact details and size required. You can then contact the printer and discuss any cropping (if needed on the shorter side) and choice of printing material and possible framing options.
